How to delete the RECYCLER folder on Windows 7 system?

Only when you perform the operation of emptying the recycle bin, the file is actually deleted from the hard disk.

Let's see how to delete the RECYCLER folder:

Step 1. First enter the safe mode of the computer, press and hold alt+ctrl+delete to open the task manager and find Recycled.exe on it. And the rundll32 process turns it off. If the Recycled.exe process is found to be re-running on the way to the deletion, it will end immediately.

Step 2, click “Start-Run”, enter “ldedit” in the run input box, open the registry editor and click on it to open [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\ Explorer\\Advanced\\Folder\\Hidden\\SHOWALL], change the value of “CheckedValue” = 00000000 to 1, [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows NT \\CurrentVersion\\Winlogon], which will be “SFCDisable” =00000001 Change the value to 0. Search for Recycled.exe and find the entire shell key on the left after you find it.

Step 3. In your computer disk, first set the settings to view hidden files, then search for Recycled.exe and autorun.ini including mobile hard disk and USB flash drive. After you find it, delete the two files in the root directory.

After the above operation is completed, we delete the RECYCLER folder, but I want to remind you that although you deleted the RECYCLER folder, as long as you have deleted files, the system will Automatically generate a RECYCLER folder to load the files you deleted. So if the RECYCLER folder doesn't affect your use, don't worry about it.
