USB0 can not be used after Win7 restart

The data transfer speed of USB2.0 and USB3.0 is very different, so if there is a USB3.0 interface under Win7 system, then the interface using USB3.0 should be used first. However, some users can't use USB3.0 after restarting the computer. How to solve this problem?

The specific method is as follows

1. Please re-install the motherboard USB3.0 driver;

2. If the desktop is not valid, right click, open the computer management, find the device manager, then find the universal serial bus controller;

3. right-click the attribute USB3.0 root hub, to find power management, allowing the computer to turn off this device to save power remove the check mark, OK, restart your computer and try using the USB 3.0 interface.

The above is the solution that USB3.0 can't use after Win7 restart, because USB3.0 is more power-consuming, so in power-saving mode, Win7 may turn off USB3.0 to save power.
