Win7 system 4G memory upgrade to 8G hard drive only shows 3.39G how to do?

1, the memory is correctly inserted into the memory card slot, according to one by one, to form a dual channel, my MSI motherboard, the two memory is Kingston DDR31600 4G, inserted as shown below. Other motherboards are made according to the motherboard instructions;

2. All kinds of wires are connected and turned on. It is recommended to select the BIOS default setting when detecting hardware.

3. After entering the win7 system, right click on the computer icon and select Properties. The memory is only 3.39G, and one of the memories is not recognized properly.

4, with CPU-Z/Lu master can display two memory normally, and form a dual channel, indicating that the hardware is no problem, belongs to win7 identification problem;

5, start menu, command box input Msconfig, open the system configuration, select the boot, select the advanced option, check the maximum memory, if it is checked, cancel and then re-tick, if the memory is displayed correctly, click OK to restart the system;

6, here Go to My Computer Properties and the memory is displayed as normal.
