Method one:

1, right click on the computer, select [manage];

2, click [Device Manager];

3. Expand “Mouse and other pointing devices 

4. In the following "HID-compliant mouse" right click, select “ Uninstall & rdquo;, pop-up prompts click OK. Then restart your computer.

Method 2:

1. Press “Win+R” to open the run, type: regedit Click OK to open the registry editor;

2, in Expand to the left of the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER — Control Panel — Dosktop;

3. Double-click the [WheelScrollLines] item on the right side and change its value data to “3”; click OK to save;
