Failure to install winsdk7.1 under Win7 system is always a solution.

1. Through the above application platform, you can see in the installed program. The following two applications are referred to by the scissors. Visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable, Visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributable (64-bit windows).
