How to set Win7 system dot matrix printer

1. Click Start, find [Devices and Printers] and click to enter.

2. Select a printer and click [Printer Server Properties] under the toolbar.

3, in the pop-up interface, first check [Create a new form] ---- enter the form name ------ then enter the paper size width and height you want to set below -- ------ [Save Form] ------ [Close].

4, at this point, the custom print paper size has been set, and now need to be applied to the printer. Double-click a printer on the same interface, and click [Print]---[Properties] in the dialog box for viewing the content being printed.

5. Click [Device Settings] in the printer properties to manually select the paper size you set.

6. Click [General] in the printer properties---[Preferences]----[Layout]----[Advanced] Paper Output/Input Select the paper size you just set. .

7. In practical applications, if you want to print a sheet of paper that you have just set, you can select it in the software. As shown in the figure below, a preview of the paper size to be printed is displayed in WORD 2013.
