Win7 computer desktop icon can not be automatically refreshed how to solve

Reason: Most of the reason is that the computer's registry information has been modified.

Method:

1. Press Win+R, open the run, type regedit, click OK;

2, in the open registration table window open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControl, right-click the Control folder, select New--item;

3, the new item is named update, double-click this item and Right-click in the blank space on the right side of the registry list, select New--item, and name it updatemode;

4. Double-click the updatemode folder, right-click in the right window, select New--Extensible characters String value, modify its data name to DWORD, double-click the item, and modify its data value to 0.
