How to do the Win7 system Documents and Settings folder is not locked

1, left click on the Documents and Settings folder, select, then right click, select properties, as shown below!

2 In the Documents and Settings folder properties page, click the Advanced button below the Security tab! As shown below!

3. On the Permissions tab of the Documents and Settings Advanced Settings page, select the everyone after the rejection type. Click on the change permission below! As shown below!

4. In the pop-up edit page, select the reject type of everyone, click the delete button below, as shown below!

5, continue to select Allow the type of everyone to click the edit button below! As shown below!

6. See it, the permission is denied in this place, click the clear button below, then click the OK button to exit!
