How to insert a SmartArt graphic into a Word document under win7 system

1. Place it in the appropriate position, switch to the “Insert” tab, click the “SmartArt” button in the “Illustration” group to open the “Select SmartArt Graphic” dialog box;

2. Select ”flow“ in the list on the left side of the “Select SmartArt Graphics” dialog box, select the “Basic Process” icon on the right side, click ”OK“;

3, Inserted "Basic Process", there are 3 sets of graphics by default, select the last set of graphics, click in the "SmartArt Tools" design "tab" “ create graphics & rdquo; group “ Add shape & rdquo; right drop down button, click in the expanded list & ldquo; add shape & ldquo; will add a new shape to the right of the last graphic;

4, switch to “ design & rdquo ; tab, click the "Change Color" button in the "SmartArt Style" group, expand the color style list, and select one.
