Phenomenon:
In the LAN working environment, when the user tries to log in to the Windows 7 system through a remote desktop connection program that comes with the Windows XP system, it is found that no matter what the input is. The login account of any privilege, whether the password of the account is correct or not, the remote login operation cannot always succeed. Solution: Under normal circumstances, you can use the user account of the administrator privilege level to perform any operation on the Windows 7 system; now, any account from Windows XP system cannot be logged in to the Windows 7 system remotely, which means that by default, Windows 7 system and Windows XP system are incompatible with remote desktop connection operation. This incompatibility is mainly caused by the newly added network level authentication function of Windows 7 system. This function does not allow low-level system with several vulnerabilities. Establish relationships with high-level systems. To solve this problem, you can click on the "Start → Control Panel" button on the Windows 7 system, double-click the "System and Security → System" icon in the System Control Panel window to expand the System Properties Management dialog box. Click the “Remote Settings” button in the left area to bring up the Remote Settings tab page. Here we found that the Windows 7 system has selected the option to run the computer connection (more secure) of the remote desktop using network level authentication by default. In this case, you should select the computer connection that allows any version of the remote desktop to run. ”Options, press the “OK” button to perform the settings save operation.
