How to open the device manager of Win7 system

This function is the same whether it is WindowsXP or Windows7. It is directly on the right button of my computer icon, select management, you can find the device manager directly in the management. The only explanation is that my computer in Windows XP has been changed to "Computer" in Windows 7.
