Open the IE property as an administrator. Unzip xenroll.zip, copy xenroll.dll to the System32 subdirectory under Windows under the system partition, and then execute xenroll.bat (in fact, the regsvr32 register dll file command). The digital certificate can be OK!

Finally, refer to the operation in step 1 to re-enable those two protection modes. Then use the Microsoft Certificate Enrollment CAB lock.reg in step 2 to restore the previous registry modifications.
