Less gossip, later found a command on the Internet, successfully using the cmd executed by the system, in fact, only one cmd can be used by users. But this is enough. The command is as follows:

sc Create SuperCMD binPath= "cmd /K start" type= own type= interact

sc start SuperCMD

Save the above two lines of code to txt, Change the extension to bat and execute it. A query window may pop up, select "View Message" and you will enter the System interface, white background, only a black cmd is now in front.
