Step3: Join the family group. Now you can add computers in the same LAN to your home group. Go to the control panel and find the family group option. PS: After the home group is set up, the shared password is more complicated, so you must write it down or change it to your usual password. In addition, since the wireless network will be searched by others, the set family password should not be too simple.

How to share files in a family group

The file sharing of a family group is based on the library by default. Open the computer, you can see the computer in the family group in the toolbar on the left side. Click Open to see several library folders such as videos and pictures. Generally, you can send the files you need to share to the corresponding library.
