3. Type X:bootbootsect.exe /nt52 all /force in the command line window and press Enter. (Note: X: represents your CD-ROM drive letter, or virtual drive letter. For example, if the DVD drive letter is F, type F:bootbootsect.exe /nt52 ALL /force.)

4. Windows 7 installation CD (or uninstall the ISO image file in the virtual drive).

5. Restart your computer and the computer will boot with the previous version of Windows installed. The startup items of the Windows 7 system are gone, the Early Version windows are gone, and only the Windows xp startup items are left, which is basically successful.

6. Manually delete Windows 7 files and folders, such as program files, users, and Windows folders. Or if there are no other important files, you can directly format the partition where Windows7 is located, saving time and trouble.
