The UAC (User Account Control) feature introduced by Microsoft on Windows Vista is considered by many users to be "junk function." There is only one reason: many operations of the user are subject to frequent pop-up queries. Although users don't like this feature, Microsoft still keeps it in Windows 7. Isn't Microsoft unwilling to accept the "call of the masses"?
If I let the author summarize my views on UAC in Windows 7 in one sentence, my understanding is that a good feature, but not smart enough. In my opinion, UAC's "cumbersome questioning" should be seen as an unselfish guard. For any unidentified visitor, it should intercept and ask the user whether to allow a file to be written to the system.
But in the real world, users can make UAC smarter when performing tasks, let it silently perform tasks in the background without disturbing you.
On the Windows 7 system, run the Group Policy Editor, expand "Computer Configuration → Windows Settings → Security Settings → Local Policies → Security Options", and find "User Account Control: Managed" in the right window. In the approval mode, the administrator's promotion prompt behavior (see Figure 1), then select "Do not prompt, directly promote" in the drop-down menu in the new pop-up window (Figure 2).

After the modification is completed, save the settings and exit.
Edit Comment:
This method is simple, but very effective. It not only ensures the normal operation of UAC, but also does not sacrifice system security. The author believes that it is worth recommending to everyone.
