How to speed up window7 boot speed

People using Windows7 know that Windows7 stays in the black screen for a long time, how to speed up the window7 boot speed? I used window7 7068 Ultimate in TCLK430033 to do this, and found that the boot is much faster:

1, open the control panel-management tools-system configuration: 1, regular-selective startup-check the loading system service And start item, 2, start, timeout changed to 3 seconds, point advanced option processor select 2 (my processor is dual core), maximum memory select 1024 (my memory is 1024), all the above options are OK, then Restart it.

2, as before, in XP, start - all programs - attachments - run - msconfig - OK, call out the system configuration to make the above settings .
