Startup and Shutdown

It’s hard to imagine that only a certain degree of patching was done on Vista (6.0), and Windows 7 (6.1) has the speed of boot and shutdown that even XP can’t match. The power-on self-test ends to the Windows login interface, and 20 seconds is a conservative estimate. Is Microsoft deliberately letting Vista act as a negative textbook?

Taskbar

Default Program Settings
