How to turn off the WIN7 interactive service detection prompt

Description of the problem:

The user sent the computer for repair, saying that the "Interactive Service Detection" prompt has been displayed recently, click "View Message", the page appears, I don't know how to get rid of it. Ask how to turn it off.

Workaround:

Open Control Panel-->Administrative Tools->Services-->Interactive Services Detection Right-Click Properties- -> Select the startup type as disabled in the General tab--> Restart it.

Note:

First of all, you should prompt the user that most of the interactive service detection prompts are caused by viruses. There is a risk of shutting down this service;
