MSN automatic offline solution in Microsoft Windows 7

First run the command prompt tool as an administrator, then type "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" (inside the quotes) and run it. Now when you start MSN, it will not appear frequently. In the case of the machine, everything will return to normal!

Why is this? Originally in Windows 7, Microsoft introduced a new feature called "Auto Tuning" for TCP/IP. In theory, "Auto Tuning" can be adjusted and optimized according to network application conditions, thereby increasing the network transmission rate.
