How to open and use the Disk Cleanup feature in Windows 8

1. Go to the Control Panel and click on "System and Security". As shown below:

2, enter the system and security interface, click & ldquo; defragment the hard disk & rdquo;. As shown below:

3. Select the drive and click the “Analyze” button. After the analysis is complete, click the “Optimize” button to complete the defragmentation. As shown below:

4. Click the “Settings” button to enter the automatic optimization drive interface. As shown below:

5. Click the button below to change the optimization frequency. As shown below:

6, click to select the drive to be optimized regularly.

7, on the release of disk space, first, click “ release disk space & rdquo;, as shown below:

8, first select the file to be deleted, and then click “ clean up system files ”, then click “OK” to complete the operation.
