Win8 how to install telnet components

Win8 install telnet components as follows:
Window 8 system Telnet is not installed by default, become an optional component, "Enable or disable Windows features" can add this component.
Operating steps:
1. Press and hold the “Windows” and “"X” keys on the system desktop to open the system menu and select “Control Panel”.
