How to set Win8 to open window in new tab

Win8 sets the method to open the window in the new tab as follows:
1. Click the “Tools” button in the IE command bar or the upper right corner to select the “Internet option”.

2. In the "General" option, click the “tab” button.

3. First confirm that "Enable Tab Browsing" is selected, in the "When a pop-up window is encountered" "Select “Always open the pop-up window in the new tab>, in “ Open the link from other programs in the following locations; select “new tab in the current window", confirm & rdquo; and then re-open IE to take effect.
