How does Win8 system enter safe mode

Win8/Win8.1 enters safe mode as follows:
In Windows 8 or Win8.1, you can enter safe mode by pressing F8 or Shift+F8, but the setting is more complicated. There are two ways to enter safe mode.
The first method:
