Multiple ways to open the Win8 system control panel

Method One
Right click on the left and right corner of the taskbar and click "Control Panel".

The window of the control panel will pop up.

Method 2
Hover the mouse in the lower right corner of the taskbar, and click on the vertical bar to click "Search”.

Enter “Control Panel" in the search box, click on the search results “Control Panel”.

Method 3
Press the shortcut key <;Win+R”, open the run dialog box.

Enter the "control.exe” command to start “Control Panel”.

Hover your mouse over the bottom left corner of the taskbar and click on the small rectangle that pops up to “Start”window.
