Win8.1 installed to U disk or mobile hard disk

  

We only need to prepare a Win8.1 image, and then download the partition assistant's latest 5.5 Professional Edition, a USB3.0 u disk or mobile hard disk (pre-formatted backup before production, after the production and ordinary It's okay to save things like a device, without any taboos.)
Insert the USB flash drive to the computer and open the partition assistant. Find the "Windows To Go Creator" option in the image below and click Start.

The main interface of the pop-up creator, we will see that the USB device has been automatically recognized, in fact, personally still recommend mobile hard disk, because the speed of the mobile hard disk is much faster than the u disk.
Click on the browse in the image below to find our local Win8.1 image to add.

After selecting the iso image, choose OK.

After confirmation, you can choose to execute it!

The prompt needs to be formatted, click Yes.

Automatically extract Wim files.

After starting to format the mobile device.

The rest is created automatically.



I take the USB2.0 u disk for testing, so it is recommended to recommend the USB3.0 device, the production speed is faster!

After making it, it is to start setting bios. According to the figure, select the second item on the left.

Next select Boot Device.

You can enter Removable Dev to confirm whether the motherboard can be recognized!
