How to get rid of win8 desktop icon shortcut small arrow

Since I started with XP, I really don't like the small arrow of the desktop shortcut, whether it is later vista or windows7. So I removed the shortcut arrow by installing a similar optimization tool for Windows Optimizer, and on the latest Windows 8, we can use a simple trick to achieve the goal.
Create a text file on the desktop right, copy the following code into it, save it as win8.bat (file type select all files), right click “Run as administrator”, restart the computer to use the shortcut arrow Disappeared.
