First open the "mail" program on the start screen;

If we need to use a non-Microsoft mailbox (such as 126, 163), we must first bind a Microsoft mailbox. (Live, outlook), the following picture first login Microsoft mailbox;

After successful login, under the mailbox application, move the mouse to the lower right corner or the upper right corner to open the super menu, then select “Settings>;





















We can see that the program has preset some mailboxes for us, you can click directly Select to use, or, select “other accounts" to manually add;

Select “Other accounts” will pop up the following interface, please select according to the actual situation of the mailbox you want to bind Type, please consult your e-mail provider, this example is set by IMAP type;

We click “show details”;

Set the address of your email as shown below Login name and password, used by IMAP (receive) and SMTP (send) E-mail server address, if you need SSL secure connection, you can also check according to the actual situation. After inputting, click “Connect” <;Connect”;
Note: The detailed address and port number of IMAP and SMTP server, please contact your e-mail address. Verify.

If the settings are correct, you will be able to connect successfully after a while. After connecting, we can manually open “Settings-Accounts Click on the three-party mailbox we just created to make some settings;


At this point, you can use the system's own "mail" application to send and receive mail operations in other mailboxes, and you do not need to log in to the webpage, it is very convenient in some environments.
