Win8.1 system installation failed 0x80004005 error code how

Last month, Microsoft released a new Win8.1 operating system, and provided a free upgrade of the app store to Win8 retail users, but some of them encountered various troubles during the upgrade process, such as 0x80004005 error code.
A user commented in the official Microsoft forum: "When I tried to upgrade Win8 Pro to 8.1 through the Store app store, after the download was completed, proceed to the last step & lsquo; Ready to restart & rsquo;, & lsquo Error 0x80004005’, then the installation is automatically cancelled. There is also no information to explain why the reboot was not performed. I tried it several times, and that's all. ” There are users said that even if the new installation of Win8, put all the patches, and then download Windows 8.1 through the Windows Store, the upgrade will still encounter the same situation.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has not provided an official solution. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter this problem, you can refer to the following two temporary solutions:
Scenario 1: Refer to Microsoft's KB843499 technical documentation
Microsoft Note that error 0x80004005 may occur if some dynamic link library files (.dll files) are not properly registered, or if there is a firewall between the computer and the Internet that does not allow HTTPS (SSL) connections.
You can use the regsvr32 command to register several .dll files:
1, Win+X key combination, select “ command run character (administrator identity)”
2, in the "command operator” At the same time, type the following commands and press Enter:
regsvr32 Softpub.dll
regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
regsvr32 Initpki.dll
3, click “OK”.
4, restart the computer to take effect.
Then re-upgrade Win8.1 system, you can solve these error code problems.
Scenario 2: New installation system
This is also the easiest way to avoid the release of this problem. Back up your data and activation information (you can use Win8 to activate the information backup function in Rubik's computer master, click to download the latest version), then download the Windows 8.1 ISO image (get tutorial) and install Windows 8.1 on a blank partition.
