In the first step, press the windows+R key and enter “lds;services.msc”;

in the run window to check if the following services are normally enabled:
Telephony;
Remote Access Connection Manager;
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager.

The first two are open, and the default boot automatically starts, the third is the default manual open, the problem is here, the focus is below.
