in the Notification Area under Windows 8 1. First click the "arrow" at the tray on the right side of the taskbar, then select “Customize...”Open the notification area management window;

2 Or open the control panel--select "notification area icon";

3, you can set the icon of the notification area;

4, there are three states to choose;

5, you can also set the system icon, as shown in the figure to enable or disable the system icon;

6, you can set the system icon, as shown in the figure;

7, if the tick Always display all notifications and icons on the taskbar;

8, the icons in the notification area will be listed on the taskbar, as shown in the figure:
