How to divide more than 4 Win8 partitions?

Compressed volume partitioning, Windows 8 can be divided into 4 main areas, or 3 main partitions plus 1 extended partition. When the main partition has been created 3, the extended partition has been created, and then continue to divide (black in the picture Part) will prompt “ can not create a new volume in this allocation space, because the disk already contains the maximum number of partitions & rdquo;.




1, first find a logical drive partition closest to the unallocated space, select the right button "delete volume", then it will become a green extended partition, right click again to delete , it will turn black into an unallocated portion and merge with the previous unallocated.
