Windows 8.1 separately adjusts support for split screen resolution

In the recently exposed Windows 8.1 Build 9385, we found a split-screen resolution that allows you to adjust different resolutions for different screens.

In fact, this function should have been implemented in the previous version, but there has always been such a bug, that is, no matter how to adjust the resolution of the main display, the resolution on other screens is always 100%. And now this feature is finally implemented in Win8.1.
