Windows 8.1 does not display the "Start" button

Just a few days before, the Windows 8.1 build 9385 screenshot suddenly leaked on the Internet. Although there is currently no website to provide this special build version download, we still see a steady stream of new screenshots.
According to the screenshots, the new system will add a number of new features to provide developer tools for Internet Explorer 11. Windows 8.1 build 9385 will create a new user interface for developers, adding a variety of options including debugging. In addition, the Kiosk Mode, which was discovered just a few weeks ago, has now been renamed to “Assigned access”. This mode will allow the user profile to be locked into a single application, allowing the account to access only the only specified application.

In the leaked screenshot, we also saw new features that allow applications to display alerts on the locked screen. Although this feature does not support existing applications, developers will be able to take advantage of this new feature to improve notification and alerting capabilities within the application.
It's worth mentioning that in the leaked Windows 8.1 build 9385 screenshot, there is no option to "Start" or "Start back to the desktop" option. Microsoft is expected to add them to the final public release of Windows 8.1, also known as Window Blue.
