How to troubleshoot and reset the Windows 8 function

Symptom:
Windows 8's failover and reset function can not be used prompts & nbsp; some files are missing, your windows installation or recovery media will provide these files, as shown below:

Solution: < Br>1. Click the “Settings> option in the charms, as shown below::

2. Click on the “Settings“ option to change the computer settings”, as shown below:

3. In the "Change PC Settings" option, select the "General" option as shown below:

4. Select one of the 2 recovery modes, “ Recover your computer without affecting your files> or “delete everything and reinstall windows”. The following figure selects “Restore the computer without affecting your files”:

5. Before installing or restoring media such as u disk or CD, as shown below:

6. Insert u After installing or restoring the media, such as a disk or a CD, click Restore, as shown below:
