How to enter the win8 control panel

From the Win8 computer settings into the traditional control panel
We know that in the Win8 start screen, move the mouse to the top right or top left corner of the screen, select the gear icon > setting & rdquo; option in the Charm menu, Then select “change computer settings” to enter the Win8 system's "Computer Settings" interface.

The Win8 system's "Computer Settings" interface also provides a number of system-related settings, but not the same as the traditional Windows control panel. We can also access the traditional control panel by clicking on some of the feature settings here, such as "Language Preferences".

Open the Win8 Control Panel from
Go to the Windows 8 Start screen, move the mouse to the bottom of the screen and right click, the touch screen user can slide up from the bottom of the screen with your finger. At the bottom of Win8, the function area appears at the bottom of the screen. Click the “All Apps” icon on the right.
