Windows 8 Consumer Preview ends in January 2013

Microsoft will officially release the Windows 8 Consumer Preview on February 29, and has placed it on the server. Win fans can use the long-awaited Windows 8 in two days. So when does the win8 consumer preview end?

As we all know, the final version of the Windows 8 Consumer Preview is Build 8250. As you can see from its screenshots, Microsoft has confirmed the end date of this version: 7:59 on January 16, 2013. After the deadline, the Windows 8 Open Consumer Preview will restart every hour unless the user enters a new product activation code.

But things are hard to come by, maybe the life of the Windows 8 Consumer Preview is more than that. The Windows 8 Developer Preview, which was originally scheduled to end on March 11, 2012, was relaxed by Microsoft until January 5, 2013. Perhaps the Windows 8 Consumer Preview also has this treatment.
