Many companies are already using Win8

Microsoft
wrote in a recent official blog post that Windows 8 RP, released about two weeks ago, is currently being used in a large number of large companies. Microsoft
gives three outstanding examples. The first example is a furniture retailer, Rooms To Go. Because of the use of a business tablet running Windows 8 system, its sales staff will not miss any potential customers.

Rooms To Go's CIO Ras & Bull; Russ Rosen said: "Windows 8 allows us to develop a software that sells custom points so that our contact with our customers is not interrupted. It also provides a touch screen interface to share cost-effective experiences with our 175 points of sale. ”

Another example is PCL Construction. The reason why the company decided to use Windows 8 RP is that they only need to carry a small USB flash drive with them, and they can carry the entire enterprise management desktop -- from one office or home to the construction site.

The last example is the Dutch Public Prosecution Service. According to Microsoft, the company currently has its employees equipped with a tablet running Windows 8, which has installed software. The company's employees can use this software to maintain an efficient work quality wherever they are.
