Ctrl+shift is back: find out the Chinese-American keyboard in Win8

        As we all know, Win8 has a strict classification of the input method. Chinese input methods can only be added to Chinese input methods, such as Microsoft Pinyin (see the figure below).
But in the previous Win7 and XP era, Chinese input method can add English.
So in the Chinese input method, the "Chinese-American keyboard" is masked by default. Some old users may be accustomed to switching the input method with ctrl+shift, and now feel very uncomfortable.
Then we can retrieve the Chinese American keyboard.

1. Open CMD, enter regedit to open the registry editor;
2. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Keyboard Layout/Substitutes, create a new "string value" with the name 00000804 and the value 00000409;
3. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Keyboard Layout/Preload, create a new "string value", the name is 1, the value is 00000804 (if "1" already exists, update the value directly);
etc. After these are done, then go and see In the "language options", I found out that the "Chinese-American keyboard" is back.
