After finding the cause of the error, I guessed why the application could not be installed: during the download of the application, the connection was interrupted (such as the network cable lost, wireless signal loss, etc.), and downloaded The data is incomplete and cannot be installed.

The problem is that it is easy to solve the problem. After restarting, the application still cannot be installed, and the error code becomes 0x80080207, which represents the verification error of the application.
