Put win8 IE10 on the desktop method (non-fast key type)

Create a new registry .reg file, such as: IE10 desktop display. reg; then right click "edit" the registry .reg file; after the following code Copy and paste it in, save it, then double-click the file (there is a pop-up point to confirm), refresh the effect.
