Solution:

5, click Winlogon, find Userinit on the right, double-click to open;

6, modify Userinit's numerical data USERINIT.EXE, EXPLORER.EXE to:

Userinit = C:\\WINDOWS \\system32\\userinit.exe.

7, restart the computer and try to open the resource manager again to solve the problem.
