Win8 manually open IE10 prohibition tracking (Do Not Track) method

Win8 comes with browser IE10 default to "Do Not Track" "Do Not Track" function to protect user privacy, but this is in the user's choice “ Quick setup & rdquo; in case. If the user selects "Customize" in “Set", it has to be manually turned on. How to operate?
