How to modify the personalization of Win8 PE?

Required software: 1.Windows 8 PE; 2.WimTool; 3.ResHacker; 4.UltraISO.

Operation Tutorial (Run the software as an administrator!)

1.Use WimTool“mount image”——boot.wim file (in the PE image boot directory)< Br>

2. Under ““mount directory”, modify it.

1) Modify “Property Information”: Use ResHacker to modify SYSTEMCPL.DLL.MUI (mount directory WindowsSystem32zh-CN)

2) Modify “Property Information”:Modify&ldquo ; Mount the directory WindowsSystem32pecmd.ini”, add the following command.

3) Modify “ attribute information & rdquo;: modify & ldquo; mount directory WindowsSystem32configSOFTWARE & rdquo;.

First, copy the LOGO.BMP image to the "mount directory" WindowsSystem32oobeinfo”

Then, run “regedit”, click File - Load Hive - Any Name (eg 123) - Amend as follows:

5. After opening the PE image with UltraISO, replace the boot.wim source file.
