Win8 broadband connection error 720 can not establish a remote computer connection How to solve

Fault prompt:

Error 720: Cannot establish a connection to a remote computer. You may need to change the network settings for this connection. (Fig. 1)

Fault reason:

1. In the broadband connection properties, under the network label, "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" ;no choice.

2. The IP address is set in the broadband connection property.

Solution:

The first reason to solve the problem: in the broadband connection properties, select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" under the Network tab.

The second reason to solve the problem: right click on the broadband connection, left click on “ view connection properties & rdquo; (Figure 2), open the "Broadband Connection Properties" dialog; then, left Double-click the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" under the "Network" tab, select "Automatically Obtain an IP Address" (Figure 3), click “OK”
