How to call the tablet input panel in Windows 8

1. First confirm whether the tablet component is enabled, open the control panel, select “ Programs and Features >, as shown below:

2. Click “Enable or disable Windows function” , as shown below:

3. Check whether the "Tablet component" is checked. If it is not checked, please tick it and then prompt to restart the computer. The details are as follows:

4. Right click on the blank space of the taskbar--select toolbar--select touch keyboard. The details are as follows:

5. You will see an extra keyboard icon on the taskbar and click.

6. After opening the touch keyboard, it is not the handwriting mode. Click the keyboard in the lower right corner to select the handwriting mode.
