Win8 setting The method of connecting external display through mobile center is as follows:

1. Under Metro or traditional desktop, press “Key+X” combination of keyboard Hotkeys bring up the shortcut menu and use the left mouse button to click “Moving Center (B)”.

2. Make sure that the external monitor is connected to the host and the external monitor is powered on. In the Windows Mobile Center interface, click the “Connect Monitor (C)” button as shown below.

3, the system will automatically pop up the Charms Bar on the right side, according to the actual situation, select the external output as copy mode or extended mode.

4, by default, the system will automatically recognize, and set the external screen as a secondary display, so in the extended mode, the external display only has a Windows background image.
