How does Win8 call the tablet input panel

Win8 calls the tablet input panel as follows:

1. First confirm whether the tablet component is enabled, open the control panel, and select “Programs and Features”.

2. Click “Enable or turn off Windows features”.

3. Check if "Tacker component" is checked. If it is not checked, please tick it and then prompt to restart the computer.

4. Right click on the blank space of the taskbar - select toolbar - select touch keyboard.

5. You will see an extra keyboard icon on the taskbar.

6. After opening the touch keyboard, it is not the handwriting mode. Click the keyboard in the lower right corner to select the handwriting mode.
