How to install telnet components in Win8

Win8 installs the telnet component as follows:

Telnet is not installed by default in Window 8 system, and becomes an optional component. You can add this component by "Enable or disable Windows function".

Operation steps:

1. Press and hold the “Windows” and “"X” keys on the system desktop to open the system menu and select “Control Panel”.
