How Win8 Blocks Exceptions Sites in Popup Blocks

Win8 in the pop-up blocker set the exception site as follows:

1, if there is a display command bar, you can directly click the "Tools" button, move the mouse pointer to "ld"; pop-up block On the program, click on “pop-up blocker settings”.
